Zumba Fit with Cat
A fun fitness dance class for adults
On every Wednesday 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (no classes over the Christmas break).
Cost: £5 (cash on arrival)
This class is for adults of any ability.
No need to book, just turn up and dance!
This is a Latin dance inspired cardio workout. A mixture of intensity, and it can be easily adapted for level of ability. The class is fun, infectious and welcoming. The music will want you coming back for more! Lots of fun and a great way to stay fit.
Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers, and bring water.
