Shotokan Karate at the ABD Centre.

 On every Thursday 6:15 PM - 7:45 PM (from May 20th).

Costs: £6 per session. Grading fees and special course fees are at an additional cost.

The club was setup in 1984 by Sensei Ian Garside 5th Dan KUGB/JKA. The club is now run by committee with the senior instructor being Sensei Stephen Warburton 4th Dan KUGB. We operate three dojo’s in the Rossendale area of Lancashire in the UK.

BACUP:

At the ABD Centre, training takes place on the second floor in the Dance studio. Entrance is at the side. If the door is locked (after 6:15pm), you can make your way up to the top floor via the external fire escape and knock on the fire door.

HASLINGDEN: 

Haslingden Primary School  Car park and entrance is on East Bank Avenue opposite the Haslingden Swimming Baths.

Training times at this Dojo are Tuesday evenings 6:30pm to 8pm (From 1st June)

SHAWFORTH:

Shawforth Methodist Chapel Hall - training suspended.
